Aymak LTD. has been established at the end of 2003 , with demand and support of main Turkish aggregate companies , for creating compatible product and projects againts foreign producers .
In Turkish aggregate market VSI (Vertical Shaft Impact) crusher , cone crushers , special screens driven by two separate motors had been imported from outside of Turkey for long years .
Aymak's essential mission is to produce all of the above items in Turkey with about 1/3 price of European companies . After 2,5 years, Aymak proved his success about VSI crusher and screen products by selling 130 units of VSI crushers and 110 units of special screens . Besides , we believe that the same successfull result will be achieved for the cone crusher very soon for local and foreign market .
Aymak project team has great experience from site applications , traning and educations in previous companies such as Svedala crushing technology . Also we believe the importance of site experience . Therefore all Aymak productions are commissioned by Aymak team on the site and all positive and negative results are being recorded for improvement of the future projects . This huge amount of site installation experience provides continuous development and means perfect results of the projects .
Aymak creates a significant synergy by employing 46 people and tax revalue for the Turkish economy . Additionally , Aymak helps reversing the foreign trade gap by not only preventing the importing of above items but also exporting about 50 percent of his products .
Aymak create bussiness in Saudi Arabia - Afghanistan - Romania - Georgia - Kazakhistan - UAE - Pakistan by installing unique machines and complete crushing and screening plants . As an example , Aymak installed on of the biggest plants in the area with 1200 ton/hour capacity gabro crushing plant in UAE to a Qatar company , Great Lakes Co , in 2005 summer . This plant designed , manufactured and installed by Aymak Engineers .
